What This Is

It's 2026. The AI conversation inside organizations has shifted from possibility to proof. When that pressure intensifies, organizations don't just measure technology differently—they start treating people differently too.If you're here, you've already felt that cost. This toolkit exists because the system won't slow down—but you're allowed to.

This is a quiet space to think. It's a set of lightweight tools that help you:
- Name what's actually happening
- Separate identity from job titles
- Regain a sense of footing
- Make small, non-overwhelming moves forward
You don't need to finish anything.
You don't need a plan.
You don't need to know what comes next.

What This Isn't

A job board
A hustle playbook
A personality quiz
A productivity system
A funnel in disguise
There are no scores, no tracking, and no hidden upsell.

How It Works

1. Open the toolkit (view it instantly, no account needed)
2. Want to customize it? Sign into Notion (free), click the ••• menu (top-right), and select "Duplicate"
3. Use only what's helpful, at your own pace

Pink Slip Pivot is FREE and Public by Design

This toolkit emerged from six months of open conversations with people navigating layoffs and career disruption during AI transformation (July-December 2025). I documented what I learned as it came together. It was built in public as a way to think alongside others—not to position expertise or capture leads.Career disruption already comes with enough pressure. This space is intentionally different.

A small note on inflection points

Some moments in a career aren't crossroads. They don't ask you to choose. They change the slope of the path itself. Not all inflection points are the same and most people
are never given language to understand which kind they're in.
This toolkit is about noticing.
